Just a few years ago, I was gaining weight faster than ever before. I felt so uncomfortable in my skin and my confidence was at an all-time low.

I’m all about quick, easy, tasty - the majority of your meals will take you no more than 5-10 minutes to make. You’ll be astonished how delicious they taste, while also being exactly what your body needs to blast fat & build that sexy muscle!


Custom workout plan clearly laid out in our app, where you can record your reps and sets in your workout, as well as view each exercise demonstration
You will either need a gym membership or else a set of adjustable dumbbells where each individual dumbbell ranges from 5lbs-50lbs (2kg-25kgs), totalling 100lbs (50kgs) between the 2 dumbbells and an adjustable workout bench, depending on your preferences.
This program is for you if:
✔You’re able and willing to go to a gym or workout from home 3-5x - if you aren’t able to go to a gym, you will need to get a set of adjustable dumbbells (each individual dumbbell going up to 50lbs {25kg}, totalling 100lbs {50kg} in total weight) and an adjustable workout bench to do the workouts from home
✔You’re willing to measure and track your food intake in the app MyFitnessPal and prepare the majority of your meals at home, outside of a few meals out per week, as well as log your bodyweight every morning and submit photos & measurements once per week - this is so we have all the data to ensure we are always making an educated choice in your programming to guarantee we achieve your goals
✔You’re coachable and communicative - so long as you reach out if you are struggling or confused, we will always support you and guide you in the right direction, but you must communicate so that we know how to help you!
✔We are here to give you a plan designed specifically for you, as well as provide encouragement and support for you to stay accountable, but we can’t make your meals or do your workouts for you - ultimately, you must accept your responsibility in creating your results

How long are the workouts?
Tracking food and/or logging my weight triggers me because of an old eating disorder / fears around the number on the scale, etc. Is there any way I can skip this step and still do the program?
I’m vegan / vegetarian / dairy-free / gluten-free, etc - will this program still work for me?
I’ve tried so many different programs and the results never last. How do I know this one will be any different?
I don’t have a gym membership. Can I do the workouts from home?
I see the program is 6 months long - is there any way I’m able to try it for just 1 month first to see if I like it?
Am I still able to go out to eat or go on vacation while doing this program?
