Here’s the thing - how much you weigh doesn’t mean anything…
It’s WHERE the weight COMES FROM that matters - body fat versus muscle.

This is 5lbs of muscle & 5lbs of fat - they BOTH weigh 5lbs…but look at how much SMALLER the muscle is!!


As you can see, 5lbs of muscle and 5lbs of fat are both 5lbs - but the muscle takes up much less space on your body, which is why you look smaller and toned with more muscle, even if you weigh the same or more!

Furthermore, muscle and fat have a very different appearance and texture. Fat is lumpy, mushy and dimply, whereas muscle is smooth, firm and tight. It’s the MUSCLE that gives you that “toned” definition, with sexy curves, lines & definition (what you really want, not just “weighing less”).

“Getting toned” means having a relatively low amount of body fat, but most of all - it comes from putting MORE MUSCLE on your body.

Here’s the real reason you need to be eating more - because the amount of calories you BURN is directly related to the amount of food you EAT .

The amount of calories you burn every day is called your TDEE - Total Daily Energy Expenditure.
When you gradually increase the amount of food you eat (called reverse dieting), your body adapts and all 4 sources of calorie burn (metabolism, non-exercise activity, digestion and exercise) ALSO increase and start burning more on auto-pilot.
But the opposite happens when you keep dieting & eating less…all 4 sources of calorie burn adapt and start burning fewer calories, making it impossible to gain the muscle that’ll make you “toned” and harder to lose body fat (and easier to gain more of it!).

It’s for this exact reason that SO many women end up in the position of eating super low calorie and exercising a ton - without getting the results they thought they would!

Furthermore - MUSCLE CAN’T GROW FROM NOTHING! It needs to be created out of a large amount of energy - aka, calories.
