Just a few years ago, I was gaining weight faster than ever before. I felt so uncomfortable in my skin and my confidence was at an all-time low.

This program is for you if:

You’re able and willing to go to a gym or workout from home 3-5x - if you aren’t able to go to a gym, you will need to get a set of adjustable dumbbells (each individual dumbbell going up to 50lbs {25kg}, totalling 100lbs {50kg} in total weight) and an adjustable workout bench to do the workouts from home

You’re willing to measure and track your food intake in the app MyFitnessPal and prepare the majority of your meals at home, outside of a few meals out per week, as well as log your bodyweight every morning and submit photos & measurements once per week - this is so we have all the data to ensure we are always making an educated choice in your programming to guarantee we achieve your goals

You’re coachable and communicative - so long as you reach out if you are struggling or confused, we will always support you and guide you in the right direction, but you must communicate so that we know how to help you!

We are here to give you a plan designed specifically for you, as well as provide encouragement and support for you to stay accountable, but we can’t make your meals or do your workouts for you - ultimately, you must accept your responsibility in creating your results
